MOBILE APP

The software developed includes an application for smartphones, tablet and web access according to the types of users.

Users are divided into 3 sections.

PLAYER USER

For kids attending the Academy.

They can view, modify and edit their profile and visualize their progress and performance statistics.

At the e-learning area, they can access the theoretical, tactic and technical content, according to their age and level, with a gamified logic. Clips generated during training will be able to be shared on social media, making it a 360 experience.

COACH USER

For Coaches teaching at an Academy.

Has access to the App to manage their classes and follow up on the evolution of their players in an individual or team level. They can even compare and create a database with precise and standardized data.

Coach user can see the technical and personal data sheet, the level of theoretical education; and should qualify the skills of the students.

In addition, the coach can access their own eLearning for their personal training, through the Academy method.

FAMILY USER

Managed by parents and/or tutors of participants in the Academy activities.

They will be able to make payments, download certificates, communicate with the coaches and see the evolution of their children.

Has total access to one or several players inside a family group, and is able to watch the progress of the courses they are taking.

GENERAL
MANAGER

System allows up to 5 user levels with different clearances and functionalities.

SHOP MANAGEMENT

System allows for inventory and sales tracking so that Academies can have a store of their own in their fields, generating additional income.

FIELD MANAGEMENT

The software has an incorporated feature that allows to manage field reservations of the Academy, in order to rent them to third parties while they are not in use.

  • Availability grid.

  • Access to make reservations at available times.

  • Access to reservations history.

  • Payments and client’s current account.
